Kaju katli is a thin fudge dessert made with cashews and sugar...which is very popular during Festivals specially Diwali, Navaratri, etc.
Ingredients :
Kaju katli- 7-8 pieces
Bananas - 3 medium size
Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
# Soak kaju katli in warm milk for 1 hr.
# In a blender add milk, soaked kaju katli, bananas and water and blend well.
# Pour the Smoothie in glasses and serve.
