Ingredients:
Kuthiraivalli/ Barnyard Millet- 3 tablespoons
Milk - 1/2 cup
Seedless Dates - 10 nos
Banana- 1 no
Water - 1/2 cup
Fresh fruits
Method:
# wash and soak Barnyard Millet for 3-4 hrs.
# Cook the Barnyard Millet well.
# Add milk mix well...serve with fresh fruits.
