Banana Muffins (Vegan)

Banana Muffins (Vegan)
A vegan, delicious, super healthy muffin recipe made with whole wheat flour sweetened with Jaggery. 
 Made 6 medium size Muffins with the the below measurement.
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat flour- 3 tablespoons 
Jaggery powder- 1 tablespoon 
Ripe bananas- 3 medium size 
Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
Odourless oil- 2 tablespoons 
Vannila essence- few drops
Method:
# Sieve whole wheat flour and baking powder.
#Mash bananas mix  jaggery powder, oil, vannila essence.
# Mix sieved flour to the banana mixture.
# Preheat microwave oven at 170'c.
# Fill 3/4 of the batter in moulds. Slice bananas and garnish the Muffins.
# Bake at same temperature 170'c for 15-17 minutes.
Serve with tea / coffee.
