Good morning
A super delicious and easy side dish for roti, Chappathi or poori.
Ingredients:
Besan Sev - 150 gms
Onion - 1 medium size
Tomato - 3 medium size
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Asafatedia - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste.
Method:
# Chop tomato and onion.
# Heat 1tsp oil fry tomato and onion until the raw smell goes.
# Make a fine paste of onion and tomatoes.
# Heat a pan add oil, fry Cumin seeds add the onion tomato paste, turmeric powder, salt, Cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala with 1/2 cup of water and let it boil until oil seprates from the gravy.
# The gravy should be slightly thin add Besan Sev and switch off the stove.
Sev Tamatar ki sabji is ready to serve.
