Whole Wheat Subway Bread

Subway Bread
Today I'm sharing a whole wheat Subway Bread recipe which is super soft. You can add sugar but to make it healthier I have used jaggery syrup. 
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup / 130 gms
Jaggery syrup - 1 tablespoon
Active dry yeast - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
# Mix whole wheat flour, yeast, buter, jaggery syrup, salt. 
# Add water and knead dough. Stretch and pull method. It will be sticky but after 10 minutes it will be elastic and smooth.
# Apply oil in bowl place the dough apply oil over and cling wrap.
# Leave it to rise / double in size. It will take 1 hr.
# Dust some flour on surface. Punch and remove excess air. Knead for 2 more minutes.
# Grease your baking tin with oil / butter.
# Divide the dough and give a log shape.
# Rest for another 45-1 hr.
# Just 10 minutes before baking. Preheat oven / microwave convection mode @180'c for 10 minutes.
# Brush melted butter on Subway Bread.
# Bake @ same temperature for 20-25 minutes.
# Once baked apply some butter.
# Cover with a cotton cloth / kitchen towel.
Once it cools down cut and add  with your favorite filling.
