Almond Butter Cookies

Almond Butter Cookies
Almond Butter Cookies are slightly chewy, super delicious with mild sweet. This is an eggless and vegan recipe. I'm adding brown sugar you can add normal powdered sugar / powdered jaggery.
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup /120 gms
Almond Butter - 1/2 cup / 120 gms
Brown sugar - 1/2 cup / 100 gms
Baking powder - 1/2 TSP
Salt - 1/4 TSP
Almond essence - 1/4 TSP
Coconut milk/ Almond milk - 2 tablespoons
Method:
# Sieve whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt. (dry ingredients)
# Mix almond butter and brown sugar. Add vanilla essence and mix. (wet ingredients)
# Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients together. Don't knead just fold it and mix. Add almond/ coconut milk to make dough.
# Keep the dough in refrigerate for 20 minutes.
# Roll your dough and use cookie cutter to shape it.
# Preheat oven / microwave convection mode @ 180'c.
# Grease baking tin with oil and place your cookies. Bake @ same temperature for 12-15 minutes. Or until it changes to light brown.

# Cool on wire rack.
Store in an airtight container.
Serve with cofee/ tea.
